Strangers With Candy

Sometimes I feel like Jerri Blank in the TV series Strangers With Candy. I started the semester again and although im only 24 I feel so old sometimes especially when taking class with people who can be at least 6 years or more younger than me. Although this is hardly a generation gap, I feel it in the way certain students behave and their mannerisms. Anyway, Once I finish this Basic Reporting class I will be one step closer to being Oprah!! Go out and Rent the DVD of Strangers with Candy if you havent seen it already. I know it is kind of old, but im a late bloomer at these things.

Desperate Housewives

Desperate Housewives is getting so GOOD!!! Im loving the chemistry between Bree and Betty Applewhite. Im also crushing on Dr. Ron. Another cutie to replace the gardener. I wanted to see more scenes with Bree's son and his cute boyfriend though. The scene with Edie tying up Carl was funny as well and brought back some memories. :-)

Chilling at the Library

Went to the main Brooklyn Library in grand army plaza today. Havent taken any new pictures, but ive posted some of my favorites that ive taken with my new digicam. Still loving Candace Bushnell's 4 Blondes . Was pissed last night that I couldnt watch the last episode of Project Runway b/c the disk was scratched when I received from netflix. I realised that I recently helped Elle fashion editor Nina Garcia and her parents at work. She looks just like Sofia Coppola. I still cant standMichael Kors. Hes such a little fag bitch!! I wish he would apologize for an incident i had with him several years ago when I used to work in a bakery on Madison Ave. Still trying to figure out how this blogger thing works and the intricacies of posting pics.

There is something I like about the Grand Army Plaza library in Brooklyn. Today while waiting to use the computers in the History room I was eavesdropping on a group of girl scout mothers brainstorming about some project having to do with child abuse probably in light of refent tragedy in Bed Stuy. It was entertaining and felt very Girlfriends-esque. I think it would have been a good scene for a reality TV show. Theres always cute guys there too, but Im too shy to try to pick someone up there. I even got a look from this guy in the fiction section where i usually go, but was totally too crowded today.

Thanks to NBC i discovered a cool website called Youtube with weird amataeur videos posted by people all over the country. The best one is this one of this girl and two cute gay guys doing the mambo.
